Good overall experience and service.

I have gone to this location for several years and they have delivered exceptional service. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I've gotten several recommendations for services. Mike has helped me with new tires, brakes, and wheels for my car. And I've been completely satisfied every time I go in.

I was very impressed with the service and the time it took.

Friendly staff. Excellent mechanic work. 5 year alignment package such a good value. When someone tells me they need tires/alignment, I tell them about the alignment package at my Big O

I never feel that I am recommended repairs that I don’t absolutely need for my vehicle. They let me know if a repair can be delayed or if it is necessary to fix to meet my needs.

The staff I interacted with had a great attitude and explained the possible causes of the issue I was having. Explained the service to fix the issue. Explained they went beyond to resolve the issue and made the repair to last. There was no charge for the service so I could not comment either way on those questions.

Although the price of tires irritates me, this has no bearing on the staff at Big O. We used to be Les Schwab customers and moved to Big O. The staff was pleasant on the phone and in person. I would have liked a price match option since Walmart had their tires quite a bit cheaper. Toyo tires did offer $70 off.. Paying nearly $1,000 for 4 tires, alignment and warranty is a steep price to pay. Especially around Christmas time. We opted for the Toyo Celsius tires after purchasing a set for our Cadillac. Great tire and I hope the work for this car as well.

The manager at this Big O Tires, Mike, was fantastic!! We walked in without and appointment and he helped us, and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us to make a decision regarding getting new wheels and tires for our truck. We would recommend this location highly!

I appreciated how friendly everyone was, when I had a question it was answered professionally and politely. It felt like everyone working was working together to make everyone's experience great.

I redeemed a coupon for a free tire rotation. The service writer asked if I thought about new tires since we had minor cracking and 2/16 left. I said I'll wait 6-12 months. He was very professional and no high pressure.
