Team at this Big O is awesome! Always willing to help and never irritated if you ask them a stupid question about car maintenance. And price is always fair for the service you receive.

I tried to schedule an appointment online, but it was a couple of days out. I called them and asked if they could rotate my tires and change my oil. They said bring it on down. I left it there and it was done in 2 hours. Very good service.

Dropped off my truck at 3 pm ready by 5 pm like they said.

Good honest dealing.

I’m not an easy customer to deal with, I like things done a certain way. They did everything I requested, how I requested it and more. All with a friendly smile and attitude. They double checked everything. Had no Doubt that my tires were properly mounted. Externally impressed. Best experience I’ve had at a tire shop.

One tore has a slow leak, so I came in to get it repaired. We waited for a bit, but then I want sure if they'd have time to work on it before I needed to leave to pick up my daughter, so I asked and the associate apologized but told me they wouldn't have time to work on it. He did offer to fill up the tire with air, and did so. He was very friendly and professional - they were just busy and I only had a limited amount of time. So I ended up not purchasing anything, but would be happy to return to this location another time.

Big O is always the best tire store. They treat customers fairly and are transparent and reasonable with prices.
