The mechanic took time to find the probable cause for the issue and a resolution.

All the employees were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. They got me in and out as quick as possible without an appointment.

The man who helped me was very kind and helpful. Let me know it would take a couple hours to get my oil change but that they would get it done for me same day with no appointment beforehand.

Mike at Big O in Draper location was so helpful, needing exactly what my vehicle needed. Done in less than 2 hours, I had my toddler with me and was dreading that, but the toys offered by the office was so awesome. Kept the toddler busy! Great service, quick and knowledgeable.

They looked at my tires, assessed that I didn't need new tires. Fixed the one with the slow leak and sent me on my way! Awesome!!

Contact-less service. There was a problem, but they fixed it. They were willing to stay there past closing so that I could pick up my car, but I had them lock it and keep it overnight instead.
