Big O Tires

We walked in with really bald tires just before 5pm, their closing time. They were willing to walk outside and look at my tires and give me honest feedback and whether or not they should be changed. They then took the time to change them, even though it was past their operating hours.

Only issue I had was that after the wheel rotation the tech did not properly set my tire pressure. My vehicle has 20 more pounds in back tires compared to front and when they were rotated the new fronts were not deflated to spec. So I had to do that at home.

It took 25 min to check my car in for a tire rotation & oil change. There was one person at the counter & he was on the phone with someone for at least 10 min. I had 2 in front of me. This was 8:35 in the morning. Why was there not at least one more person at the counter to speed things up?

Staff did not keep us informed on progress. Our closeout paperwork and key fob sat on the counter an additional 15 minutes. We had to ask if our car was ready.

My tire popped in the morning while I was on my way out of town. I hurried to Big O’s to see if they could repair the issue. They didn’t have a part that they needed, so the estimated wait time was going to be a day or more. When I informed Mike that I was on my way out of town he went above and beyond to find a part that was closer so I could still leave town that day. The staff that worked on my car did everything they could to get me taken care of as quickly as possible, and they did a lovely job! Thank you guys!!!

Just want to make sure the work is done right A lot of me people I haven’t dealt with yet

No price was communicated with me until the very end when it was time to pay. I expected to pay around $75 for snow tire installation but it ended up being around $110. Had I known it would be much more than I expected I would have looked elsewhere. Please put estimated prices on your website!

Everyone is extremely friendly at this location. They’re good at communicating what is going on which is great, I just waited quite long but maybe that’s on me for not making an appointment
