I had to go back in to get my light bulb put in because I was told the guy who did the light bulbs wasn't in the shop, so when I took my car the next day, the guy there told me that they didn't do light bulbs and that I should take my car to the dealer ship. Long story short, a light bulb was ordered for me and it was done 20 min. later. Why did I have to go through all the commotion, when it was such an easy fix?

Great group of people. They just weren’t up front with how busy they actually were. Being honest in those situations is what I find is best. Was told it would be 2 hours. By hour 3 they moved me in front of another car so I could get outta there. Just small stuff really. I would and will return for sure!!

Everything was great. The associate working was not super friendly or welcoming at first when I arrived was the only thing I noticed, but he appeared to be busy and gave me good service when it was my turn.

Just because there was a problem with the tire balancing the first time when I bought the tires! I had to bring it back to get the problem fixed but satisfied with the problem being fixed and the rotation!

Usually, we get a sticker on the windshield with the mileage for the next oil change. We did not get one this time.

Quoted $109 for trans fluid exchange. When service was complete, told it was $215 because the trans fluid wasn't in the original quote. Ended up paying $153... still more than original quote. Not sure why fluid would not be included in fluid exchange service???
