They should call and inform customer on the progress of the vehicle , not have the customer call them.

Didn't have the tires I needed in stock when I booked my appt. I had to come back the next day.

It took a little longer than communicated. When I’ve been in the waiting room in the past it just has been not particularly great. I know this sounds picky, but it smells strongly of tires. Chairs aren’t super comfy. That’s why I chose to wait at a nearby park. Big O isn’t unique in regard to the waiting room being a big unpleasant, or smelling of tires, but it certainly doesn’t have an advantage in this regard either.

Overall I was very satisfied, but I was told it would take 40 minutes to complete so I waited in the store and it took 90 minutes.

I never got a call saying the car was ready for pick up. We were on a tight schedule, hoping it would be ready by a certain time. I had to finally call to check in. I would have liked Big O to call me when the car was done.

I would have liked to have known what the total cost was going to be before services were performed. I was shocked at the final price.

When getting my vehicle back the wheels and tires were very dirty. One of the rims had a new scratch on it.(I could tell it was new by the way the wheel coating was freshly raised) Relatively minor but it still bothers me.

Some associates were friendly-some not. Pricing on one day different than second day. Two different associates.
