I got the car home and noticed the low air warning light on. I don't think the air warning should come on right after getting new tires. Other than that I've been happy with the service I've had there.

I was called on the phone and was told first: The requested work couldn't be done that day, and 2nd: The tires were not available at the location or anywhere near enough to get them and are on backorder. The 2nd point was the part that bothered me most simply because I selected them from the website that displayed them listed as available. The appointment would not have been requested and scheduled if that webpage had shown me accurate information. This review must be directed at the website. The store associates did all they could, but unless they operate the website, then they were as helpless as I was in the situation.

I bought a new set of tires. One of the tires had a leak that I discovered a few days later. This required me to call AAA after attempting to fix the problem. After I got to Big O it was fixed. But then a month of so later I got a flat requiring a new tire. It was installed and the next day, it had a leak. Once I brought it back it was fixed. But I wasted so much time bringing it back that I am not happy.

The tires were not properly inflated one had 46 pounds one had 32 pounds and the other two were 33 to 35. Also only two of the four valve stem caps were replaced. Had to return the following day.

Stopped at big-o out of convenience. I was shocked at the pricing for a summer tire changeover. Over twice what I pay at the shop near my home. $10 for shop supplies!? What supplies? Maybe a weight or two to balance the wheel? Had I not been in a rush, I would have walked right out the door when I was told the cost.

I bought a set of tires at another location a year and a half ago. Those tires needed replacing, so I sought out a Big O closer to my house to replace them.At my appointment, I was rudely informed by Mike that the stores are not linked, so any credit possibly provided for tires wearing too quickly was not possible and I should have told him that I wanted a credit before the service. I was not trying to be shady. I was used to dealing with Discount Tire that is linked between stores and offers credits for tires that wear out too quickly. After an unnecessary, crusty lecture, he gave me $40 off. I am not mad about the lack of credit as much as I am about the way I was treated. I love my tires and the price was great, but I will likely not return.

I dont understand why the labor was $40 for only two minutes of work. All they did was put the new tire on the old rim.

I received a quote about a month ago for a part I needed replaced that would cost $340, but when I came in to get it fixed, they later told me it would cost $1000 and that there were other issues they hadn't seen before. It was very discouraging and so I said I would pay for it and they said it would be finished by 6:30 that night. I later received a call that it wouldn't be ready until the next day at 10am, but I had work the next day at 10am and I'm a delivery driver so I had to tell my boss I'd probably be a little late. The next day I called at 9:30 and apparently it wouldn't be finished for another 45minutes, so I went to the store 45 minutes later to pay for my car and I waited there for half an hour, anxiously aware of how late for work I was. The reason for the wait... I'm not really sure. Apparently they had lost my paper work and the older man who helped me kept leaving or helping other people behind me until a younger man asked me if I was being helped and I said, "I'm not really sure" and then finally the older man got me a printed receipt and said they would email me the rest of the info. I was already losing $1000 and late for work, I was nearly in tears by the end.
