I have some Toyo AT3’s that I’ve had for 2 rotation intervals. I received an alignment when I put the tires on, and when I was told the vehicle was out of alignment at the first rotation. At the most recent second rotation I was told that the car was out of alignment again. I inquired about why the vehicle would need an alignment at every single rotations and was told that vehicles need an alignment every few thousand miles. I then asked if there were any worn parts that could be causing this constant misalignment. I was told that everything was not worn and in good working orders. I also heard the advisor that worked with me talk with a manager at the desk about how he bonuses them off of alignments. This obviously led me to deny the superfluous service and showed me that Big O cannot be trusted to suggest services that actually need to be done.

I have had several flats fixed for free at Big O tire stores that I’ve never purchased a tire from. I have purchased quite a few sets of tires in the last 15 years and stayed customer loyal to Big O. No mention was given that there would be a fee for the flat Tire repair. Had it been communicated. I could’ve waited and gone to two stores that I purchased Tires from. So I had to pay it and I was not happy about it. I did not complain, but I am doing so now.

I dropped by vehicle at 9:20am and Caleb said the oil change and tire rotation/alignment would be done in 2 hours. I came back at 11:30 and he said it was just being tested for alignment and would be done soon. I had to sit and wait another 2 hours for it to be finished. I think he was trying to be nice but I’d rather be told it would take four hours and just come back and make other arrangements then have to sit there. Also, the Wi-Fi is horrible so I couldn’t get anything else done.

Go to a Big O where they actually know what they’re doing , owner should be a salesman at the gap , I have never been more annoyed listen to him ramble on …. What a joke

Made appointment on line. Indicated that I would be waiting for new tires to be put on my car. When I arrived 5 minutes before appointment found that there was another customer in front of me. Waited for quit some time. When technician finally got to me I told him my name and I was there for my appointment to get tires. He couldn’t find me in the system and we had to go through the information process. He said it would be 4 to 5 hours before he could get to it. I explained that I would be waiting and was told it would be 45 min to 1 hour. He said as you can see I am the only one here and there is no way he would be able to get to it before 4 to 5 hours. By then there were several customers waiting. I had an appointment in 2 hours so couldn’t wait nor did I have a ride to get home or to the appointment. He said come back when I could leave the car… I can’t leave the car. That is why I made a wait appointment! Told him thanks but that was not possible. No contact made to let me know you couldn’t wait for tires to be mounted while you wait and inconvenience of taking time out of my schedule to be at appointment where I am paying for a service. Not good service.

Purchased new tires 7/6/2022 less than 1000 miles had a flat. Did not purchase the "warranty" so had to pay FULL price for a new tire. The fact that I didn't purchase a warranty and that Big O doesn't stand behind their product, and didn't even discount service fees and labor is pretty bad business in my book.

Have your employees treat people with respect. The person I worked with was rude and demeaning. When I tried multiple times to explain my concerns, he spoke over me, told me it didn’t matter, and failed to address my concerns. I don’t feel like I was treated fairly with your warrantee for my tires. I should have been reimbursed more for the tires I needed to replace. I lost money, but in the end, it was worth it not to fight it because I honestly don’t want to ever work with someone at Big O Tires. I wish I asked for his name, but he worked the early shift (8am) on Monday, June 27th at your Draper location. He was awful. I’m very happy with my decision to switch to Les Schwab.

If a customer has to escalate a call to the corporate office, treat him with some respect and get back in a timely manner, he likely has something important to say

I am extremely upset with the service received here. I came in for a tire repair, I asked for pricing estimates and they wouldn't tell me until after the wait time, and after waiting I was told I need my axels aligned for an additional $99 and they wouldn't recommend me getting off the lot. Trusting their expertise I followed their advice while the person speaking to me never once looked me in the eye. I should have noticed the odd lack of eye contact, but he had no problem looking at my chest. When finished I had to ask for my key as they didn't give it to me and told me I could go find my car. They should have directed me to it. I saw my dealership the next day, was informed I never needed an axel alignment and was robbed of money. I demand a refund. Why would they lie? I overheard the staff saying it was a slow week. I understand Covid is tough, but it is for me too. I couldn't afford to part with that $99, but did so because I was told this was a reputable company. I demand a refund! A staff member also refused to wear a mask as he kept taking it off and didn't put it back on when he was in the room in front of customers.
