I am honestly blown away with your amazing customer service! My dad always told me to use Big O and I had kind of forgotten because because I paid extra for a service agreement with Karl Malone Toyota. (THEY BLOW). So the other day I was talking to my husband and he said take it to Big O. It was nostalgic thinking back to how my dad always went there and told me to because "they are honest and take good care of you" Boy was he right! (Of course) Toyota took 3 hours to change my oil, failed to repair a chip in my windshield that my insurance paid for twice, and said that I needed my brake pads replaced. I called Big O and they picked up my car, checked my brake pads, and brought my car back to me and didn't charge me! I am honestly so excited to have good service. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE SERVICE AND PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!!!

The associates were very kind to me and were understanding that getting new tires might be a burden on me financially. They helped lay out the things that I could do and made it an enjoyable experience

Friendly and prompt service. The amount of work could have easily taken longer then it did take which was a big plus.

Caleb was courteous and found a screw in my tire and fixed it quickly. Plus, he rotated my tires in a timely manner.
