Big O Tires

I want to make sure your Management Team is aware of the AMAZING SERVICE provided by your employee Mike on Saturday, Aug. 5th. I was driving with my 5 year-old daughter and had 2 tires with slow leaks. The tires were @ 0% PSI in the morning, and I filled them up with air in order to get to the store. My daughter had a birthday party nearby, and Mike offered to get in the car with us, drive to the birthday party, and then Mike took my car back to the store to replace the 2 tires. I normally would have just ordered an Uber, but because I had my daughter I needed to ensure she was in her car seat. THANK YOU AGAIN, MIKE!

I’ve never had a bad experience with Big O. I had a nail in my tire. They were unable to repair the tire, so we went ahead and got a whole new set (I had already known that it was time to replace them). No appointment, new tires and alignment was finished within 1.5 hrs.

Caleb was the most clear, kind, helpful, and smart mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Will hopefully get to work with him in the future.
