Big O Tires

Twice I have been into big O and Mike has helped me. Both times took great care of my vehicle and resolved the issues even though I had not purchased my tires from Big O. Did an amazing job making me a customer for the future. Will always bring any issues to this location and when the time comes to purchase tires, this is where I will go 100% because of the quality of work and I know this location will take care of my needs correctly as they are very knowledgeable and I trust their recommendations

I arrived shortly after 1:00Pm with no appointment, Mike told me it would be an hour from start to finish. I asked them to change the air filter about 20 minutes later. It was done within 50 minutes.

Service tech Mike at the Draper location was extremely informative and thorough.

When I brought in my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the associate at the front desk was. Shortly after finishing my breakfast, my vehicle’s oil change was done. It was a great experience overall.

Mike was great. He even gave me trip advice for a better experience heading to Bryce Canyon.

I called to get my tires rotated and even though it would be close to the time they close, the associate didn’t seem burdened or annoyed. When I arrived, the process was very smooth and straight forward. I also appreciate the sticker they include as a reminder for the next rotation! We have been Big O customers for years and are always treated very well and respectfully! Highly satisfied!

They got t car right in. I had a screw in my new tire. They were friendly and did it very quickly.

Fast. Friendly Honest, these guys knocked it out of the park and I saw them doing the same for every other customer I witnessed. Big O has been my tire company for years. I recently moved to another state but Big O is just as good in my new home state. I can’t thank you enough. I don’t have much trust in any “brand” these days, but I’d recommend Big O to anyone. Any money that I spend with Big O is money well-spent.

I brought the car in for a tire rotation. The associate informed me that the front tires had reached the wear bar after 48,000 miles on a set of 60,000 mile tires I had purchased from Big O. He found a new set of tires, offered proration for the difference in mileage, ordered the new set of tires and arranged another visit appointment for when the tires would arrive. When I came in the appointment went very smooth and I got the new set of tires at a fair price.
