The person who performed the oil change noticed some oil on the floor of the bay where he did the work and asked that he be able to take another look at the car. It was about to be turned over to me. His suspicions were accurate and he found that there was no gasket on the new filter. He took care of the problem by installing a new filter. Mistakes happen, but he caught this problem and fixed it on his own. I was very impressed!

I was extremely disappointed to have the folks at this store tell me that the tires have been rotated when in fact they had not been. (Tire rotation due with oil change service) It causes one to wonder if the reported work done at previous times was trust
