From the call to make an appointment, talking with the mechanic about what needs to be done, and checking out over the phone, everything is easy and Covid-safe. Paul also fixed a piece of my car that was falling off, even though I hadn't requested it. I used to dread making car service appointments because it took so much time, but they are wonderful to work with.
