This is the only place I bring my car for work. Midas has earned my trust because the work is done right. I have been to many other repair shops in the area that have tried to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed and in a few instances didn’t even exist in my car. At the Lehigh Street Midas I know if they tell me it is, broken it is. They give me the options for the situation. The associates are courteous and answer questions without being arrogant or condescending.

The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and since it was so minor, there was no charge. I was very surprised! Rest assured, I will be back - not expecting more for free, but because it was a 5 minute, easy fix and I wasn't charged for the time. Very good customer service, and others will hear about it!
