I was greeted by Kyle at check-in and I was processed quickly. I asked if he could take a look at my exhaust system to see why it was so loud. He brought it in, put it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also, found a brake issue. Both were repaired quickly and I was on my ferry back to Martha's Vineyard in record time! He was very professional, polite, explained everything and stuck to the cost estimate presented to me at check out. I will be returning again next week for an issue with a different vehicle. Midas in Falmouth MA is the greatest ! I will pass it on to my friends.

Specific problem with exhaust system. Easily repaired, simple process, explained the fix, and out in less than 1 hour

As usual the service at this Midas is exemplary. They told me of a couple of areas to watch for in the future due to message lights coming on. They could not detect any noise with the brakes that I asked them to look at and on that day I could not either

The service associate was knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. Advance on-line scheduling was simple, convenient, and allowed me to plan other activities around the oil change service. I was able to take advantage of an on-line coupon for a significant discount on synthetic blend product.

They could have BS'd me and said I needed a four wheel brake job. They did not. Fixed what needed to get fixed. Kept me posted all along the way. Took the car to work today, one hour commute each way. No issues!!

Brought in a skinny exhaust pipe for motorized bicycle. Needed a custom compound bend. They were hesitant at first but took the challenge and did an exceptional job!! Perfect work. Pleased. I give 5 stars!! ????
