Mr Lee was very informative pleasant and patient with his customers. I am a 70 year old senior and those characteristics are very important into days world where a lot of people don’t have patience aren’t polite, and just don’t take the time to explain. My thanks again to Mr Lee.

Alignment was performed on my vehicle. After vehicle was returned, the alignment was slightly off. I returned the next morning and they realigned it with no issue. Everything is great so far! Recommend this location

The front desk manager has a great upbeat positive attitude and he is extremely personable and professional. My last two experiences at this Midas are the best in my entire life. Seriously, fastest service and best customer service ever. I’ve been driving for 30 years.

Brought my car in to remedy 3 problems. Anthony looked at the car and gave me an estimate to fix it. I had my car back the next day. He explained everything completely, kept in touch about the progress of the repairs etc. When I picked up my car he even had pictures to show me of what had been done.

The manager was fair and honest

I had to return to Midas for a 2nd time since I had a new compressor installed at the Cherry Hill location. After the freon was replaced about a month ago the air was warm once again after 3 weeks. I figured there was a leak so back I went. They found that the high-pressure tube (orig. 2001 part) was leaking. They completed the job in a few hours. it cost me a few bucks yet I am pleased with the service and I also utilized a coupon from midas.com. John and the guys were great. Thanks.

I wish I got his name, the man who was at the counter at the time if my visit is a PHENONEMONAL person. I had been having a bad morning, and I mentioned why to him. He not only listened but offered a hug, which I took him up on. He's funny, and kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you. Now, find out who I'm talking about and give em a raise.

Great customer service, the process was fast and well made. The local was good, it was well climate and clean. The front desk guy is great, explained everything to me perfectly and hear him talking to other clients and seemed very good in his job to me.
