This store does a nice job on their task but needs to improve on customer contacts. I had called at 8:00 AM and had to call back towards 2:30 PM to get a status on the vehicle.

Contacted three midas shops and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I did bring in my car at the required time. But did have to wait an hour before my car was brought in. But car was taken care of and was offered several things that need to be taken care of soon, but could wait on them.

Fast service, courteous, accommodating.

fixed problems that others past on repairing as well was on top of the needs of the van and all that was needed to repair found my oil leak and repaired

Diana Ramos the store manager is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is great and she is very knowledgeable. She’s one of the main reasons I will return to this location for services.

Services were pricy. After receiving estimate for routine maintenance work, cost was in excess of dealer estimate; was trying to find someplace cheaper than the dealer. Only had services performed for which I had a coupon in the end.

Everything done with ease and timely and Dianna the Service Manager is great and Midas should be thankful for an employee of this caliber

They did a good job! A simple weld! Only thing was you tried to charge me an exhorborant amount till I complained and reduced price to almost half!

I brought my car in for a heat shield repair and it was repaired with the best quality I could hope for. The procedure didn't take very long and I had a really nice experience. The store manager Diana Ramos was so polite, professional and honest. They didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need! Thank You Midas! I will be back! Highly Recommend!
