Big O Tires

We just moved to VA from Kansas City. MO. I brought both vehicles in based on previous good experience in MO, one on Friday and one on Saturday. I needed brake pads installed on one and the an oil change, tire rotation on the other. I received the vehicles back promptly with the work completed to my satisfaction. The Big O team did a fantastic job on both. These guys will now be my go to for auto maintenance and repairs. Compared to another "muffler" expert shops the labor costs are very competitive. - Thank you!!

The employees are awesome! Very kind people. Typically chain businesses I've dealt with over the years are mediocre at best. Its obvious this store is well managed including the employees they hire.
