My experience was awesome... staff was knowledgeable and extremely courteous and friendly. Tire prices and brand offered were great- definitely better than the competitors. My only complaint is the cashier put extra charges that weren't necessary on my bill initially without asking if I wanted those services. I declined them all and she was very amenable and kind about fixing the bill. I understand most business need to try to upsell products, but asking first is always a better way to do it. Other than that I will definitely give Big O my future business and highly recommend them.

Customer service and mechanic are are very knowleable..

I came in just before closing on a Friday evening and was greeted immediately. The employee at the front was extremely helpful and gave a really good price. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a special order tire which other shops could not seem to locate. Big O located a set and had them shipped in and on their floor within a week. I made an appointment and got an alignment, all four tires mounted and balanced, and was on my way in less 1 hour and 30 minutes. Overall a very good tire buying experience.

The young lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She let me know the exact cost before I left my vehicle, and had my vehicle ready earlier than anticipated. I'm a regular customer at this location.

They have always been able to complete the work the same day. they seem to know what they are doing, and I appreciate I can talk to the technician who actually worked on my car, not just the counter staff. Prices are very reasonable.

The representative Keisha Moore is extremely helpful every time we go in and is very helpful with trying to get our turnaround as quickly as possible!

This place has customer service down!!!!!! The people were extremely nice and knew their stuff. I will definitely return. I also liked the waiting area with the counter top table I could do homework on.
