I couldn't afford the most expensive but need safety dependability and tire life for the price. they helped choose the best value for me. with my repeated service I found that all he qualities I have stated remain consistent.

I had a tire balance issue and was sent to them from another repair shop. Top notch customer service!!!!. The owner even took me back to look at the balance machine. I had oversized tires put on my 16 Tacoma and they were able to get rid of my vibration in the rear. Great job and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended Big O Tire ; I bought warranty when I need my four set of tires replace one day I was driving on a free way some piece of metal punche one of my tire I was not not close to Boig O Tire so I went somewhere else to get a new tire that doesn't match my others three ; so I went back to Big O Tire they gave me the refund for the tire from the other place that doesn't match ; thank you Big O Tire
