It was my first time at Big O, and I'll definitely be back!

The owner is a great guy and I wanted to do business with him

I really liked this auto service center. My car was taken back within minutes and oil changed promptly. I also had a tire that needed fix and they took care of it. Price and location fits well with me and my family.

The staff was highly knowledgeable. Kyle came out and explained what was going on with the vehicle, Keisha kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I bring my car here for all repairs.

I needed two specific tires and Big O had the best price. Appointment made for next day. Showed up and they had me finished before I could finish my first email while I was waiting. Great facility and people.

Everybody there was super professional the mechanic did a phenomenal job on the truck had a wheel alignment done

Now that I know Ky is working in a managerial role, I will continue to patronize Big O Tires in the future, as I did for the first time this week. The staff is also friendly, attentive and conscientious. Also, the work was done correctly and in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

My Big O Tire location is very consistent with their service. That have been taking care of my vehicle for about three years. I am getting good value for the price and the staff are always polite, knowledgeable and willing to help me find an affordable solution.

IM 100% HAPPY. KEISHA MOORE DID A AWESOME JOB TAKING CARE OF MY DESPERATE TIRE NEEDS. I E-MAILED HER LOOKING FOR TIRES AND I HAD MANY QUESTIONS AND SHE RESPONDED PROMPLY TO MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. SHE DID EVERYTHING THAT SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO. SHE SAID SHE WOULD DELIVER MY TIRES TO MY PLACE OF BUSINESS WHICH I DIDNT EXPECT AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME BEFORE SHE LEFT THE STORE. SHE EVEN REMOVED THE TIRES FROM THE VEHICLE AND ROLLED THEM INTO THE SHOP. IM VERY IMPRESSED. IM PLANNING ON BUYING ANOTHER SET OF TIRES FROM BIG O IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. Good service & very professional.

Made appointment met with a very nice young lady Name starts with a J, and kyle who performed the service of replacing my tires . She said she would have me out with in an hour and I was on the road very, very pleased.

Everyone was very friendly and respectful.

I drove from NY for a cheer competition had multiple vehicle issues. Got to hotel and had a flat. I was told there was a shop by hotel staff close. Changed tire and went over to big O. Nothing but awesome people! The lady at front desk was amazing! She totally understood my stress and had the guys in back check everything because I had to make a 680 mile trip back Sunday. I would recommend this place to anyone if I lived there! Thank you for helping me out.

I'm a longtime repeat customer rather its Ben and the staff out front or someone from the back the staff is.always friendly and knowledgeable. Wish you guys had a loyal customer program.
