Everything went smooth. Especially the customer service. I went to the Staples Mill location. I don’t remember her name but there was a young, short, petite African American woman that helped me. She is very good at what she does. She has helped me on previous occasions. She is one of the main reasons I come back. Customer service is really important.

There is not a better business in Central Virginia to have your vehicle serviced and maintained.

I love the staff always courteous and never pushy was sales. Love the price for the oil change and email for free tire rotation. Most stores in the area jack up prices and look to find something wrong. Your staff respect the women who come in and do not take advantage. Keep up the excellent service I will be coming back.

I was with a group and we were pulling a trailer filled with motorcycles when we had a blow out. Now this was not our only blow out on this trip so getting another one was not what we were looking forward to. We were looking for a D rated tire and first called Walmart. After being told they had one and to come in, we drove there and was told the complete opposite and to be honest, I think it was because it was close to closing and they didn't want to change another tire. We then went online and found Big O tires. After calling to verify you had 2 tires, we drove to your store. The store was very clean even thou it was close to the end of the day and the sales lady was GREAT. She told us the mechanic had 2 people in front of us, they were about to close, but would still help us if we could be patient. We said sure and went outside to wait. There was 1 person working in the back and boy was he working to complete everything. It came to our turn and it was after the time for the store to close and still the mechanic had a good attitude and changed not 1 but 2 of our tires. We really appreciate the time and hospitality we received since we were just passing through.

I was provided the best pricing available for the tires I needed, and the service was great. Ben made sure the tires I got were the best option for the vehicle and with the best tread life warranty.

This location has some of the best team members I have encountered. Always, friendly, knowledgable and timely. Added bonus i watched them really take care of an older woman who was waiting for her car. Once they decided it would take 2 hours to complete whatever service was being conducted they came over and offered her a ride home or anywhere she needed to go because they "didn't want her outside walking because it was too hot". Seriously, the kindest thing I have seen in a while.

We own a fleet of vehicle and have had bad luck with places taking advantage of us. These guys are the only ones that have proved to be trustworthy. They also are very good at figuring out what the problem is the first time and not charging us for unnecessary repairs.

Good experience all the way around, from the moment I stepped into the store and spoke to the young man behind the counter, I knew I had come to the right place. He was knowledgeable, accepted my tire repair and had it done in a very short time. Great service, reasonable price, that's what I wanted and that's what I got.

From my initial phone call to inquire about product availability to the pick up of my vehicle was easy, quick and clear. The staff was friendly and informative. The store was clean. I didn't wait for my vehicle to be repaired but it was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied!
