The staff is amazing and very helpful. The shop is clean and comfortable. The price was good and the service was fast. This was my second experience and even my husband was impressed when he picked up my car. We will be coming back again!

had a great experience ,matching coupon from competitive and service , happy with the alignment except sometimes when I hit breaks it draft to the left a a bit although I had new breaks pads and rotors. if it gets worse I will stop by to check it otherwise it is fine for now . thank you Mike Khodr

Even though tires had to be ordered, services were still completed within 48 hours of my call to schedule.

I called the location first where they helped me find the correct tire size i needed. Once we discussed a few tire options i was able to get a same day appointment! I was in and out in an hour! Later that day i realized i had gotten the wrong tire size installed. With a quick phone call i was able to go back in the next morning for a quick correction at no additional cost! I will be going back because they showed me that no matter what I am the number one priority!

Knowledge of product and ease of service.

Everything from start to finish was flawless. The associates were amazing and it was pouring down raining the guy put my truck around the side...Keisha went and got it for me!!! AMAZING!!!

Went in with a problem tire; they checked it thoroughly and didn't find a problem; I appreciated that they did not charge me for the service. I will definitely go back if I need to replace the tire

Verified patch was good and made the vehicle roadworthy once again

I had another excellent experience yesterday. Thank you very much! There were two small hiccups that I know you are aware of, but I want to make sure that I mention here. First was the fact that I needed to review the invoice before I paid to ensure that all of my discounts were applied, which they were not. The person that helped me was very apologetic and helped me to make sure they were all properly applied before I paid. It was a difference of almost $100. Second, was the situation with noise coming from the driver side rear which had to be addressed after I was already onsite. I didn't mind waiting to make sure you got it right, but it could have been a bigger pain had I needed to be somewhere. In the future I would hope that something like that would be addressed before I arrive to pick up the car. None of those things will prevent me from bringing you more business or recommending you to others. I hope to be back in the near future to have you put new tires on my 1997 Corvette. Thanks again. Good brake job Done in a reasonable time.

The staff was pleasant and courteous. I was running late and did not bring the lug nut key. They understood and took me at a later time that day after I had to go home and get the lug nut key. Everyting was finished before the day was over, and they did not need to keep my car overnight for my forgetfulness and tardiness.

we were taken to Big O by a tow company driver and have a very pleasant experience. I was very concerned since we were new in the area and felt very vulnerable, Following our visit both our son and son in law called and talked to them and were very pleased with what they learned and what was done to our car. I have since given your name,and number to a new friend at Cedarfield who is also new to the area and didn't know where to go. I had a low tire pressure warning. The technician investigated my situation, ascertained that there was corrosion between the tire bead and the rim. He dismounted the tire, cleaned the area, remounted my tire and there was no charge! I am quite pleased with the customer service at Big O Tires!

This is my second time getting an oil change here as I was referred by my mother and the service is always amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and hands on. They advised on the best tire that the truck needed and were extremely transparent about what brake services I genuinely needed. I felt like I was being given the option to choose what services were the best for me verse being told and frightened in getting work done that I really did not need. That level of trust and comfort will make me a return customer and I will be sure to advise my friends and family to go to this Big O location.
