Big O Tires

There customer service is top notch. They were so quick to get work done. I've found a new place to take my vehicles. My wife's car hasn't run so smooth in years. I've been to 4 different shops before Big O, none of those places can match the quality and service at Big O. Thank you to the team at Big O Tire.

I went in to address a tire with a leak. The young lady who greeted me was courteous & professional. When all was said and done, the problem was a simple valve replacement. I had given the tech (I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry to say) a green light to address the problem up to and including tire replacement. That it came back as simply as a $5 valve replacement demonstrates a level of professional and ethical integrity that, unfortunately, I have not come to expect anymore. Well done, Ladies & Gentlemen. You can count on my business from now on.

Great place customer service was good.

I was able to make an appt. and wait while my tires were being rotated and balanced. I was told it would be 45 min. and they were done within the time given. I was promptly greeted by Lekeisha when I arrived. She was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back

Great Customer service at the counter. Janea was very knowledgeable about the different products and services that were offered and helpful in my making a final decision about what to purchase! I would definitely come back in the future. Great customer service is hard to find these days, so when I do find it I have much appreciation for it!

Even though the tires I needed were not in stock once they finally arrived to the store it did not take them long to install them and get me on my way! The staff was very friendly and took care of my needs and ensured that the job was completed and I was happy with the work done

I was greeted at my car by Keisha, seeing a woman made me feel very comfortable. The waiting area looks like something out of the dealership. Very knowledgeable staff and everyone was friendly and helpful. I wasn't pressured into buying anything which was refreshing. They completed a courtesy check of my vehicle and let me know of any issues that needed to be addressed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service center to anyone looking for honest people to work on your vehicle.

The entire process was very easy. Time it took to get the new tires on was reasonable.

The service is exceptional. I've been here twice and both times I was treated with respect and courtesy. This is not always the case when you are a woman and go to a garage. They listen to your concerns and address them. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful 1st experience. Keisha is a phenominal employee, knowledgeable and helpful. Had to buy a new tire, checked to see if i needed an alignment and the answer was no. Appreciated the honesty. They eill def be receiving my business going forward. Gtrat experience! Thank you O tire!!

Great staff, friendly smiling people, quick quality work!

I was there at opening. There were 4 people before me. The cashier let me know she’d be right with me. She clearly wasn’t knew to customer service. She explained the cost of the different tires to me. The mechanic let me know my wheel were out of alignment and asked if I wanted them to fix that. He explained the price and had it done extremely fast, and wow what a difference that made in the ride of my car. The building was very very clean and the the staff that wasn’t helping me was very friendly and said good morning. I’ve already recommended this location to a friend and I’ll be letting anyone who asks to go there. Great job team!!
