I was greeted by a young black man with corn-row hair (didn't catch his name, but you know who I mean). He was very friendly, polite (yes sir, no sir; people like to be respected and spoken to politely, he definitely made me feel respected, give him a raise) and got me right in for my oil change. Everything and everyone was pleasant and on time.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. And, the showroom is a nice place to sit and wait while my tire was being switched out. I will definitely bring my car back for other things in the future.

This Big O Tires store replaces the dealer service where I purchased the vehicle. The owner and staff are very respectful, helpful and efficient with what they do. They have been taking care our vehicle for about 2 years after I became dissatisfied with the dealer. Keep up the good service.

I came in the other day to have my tire plugged. It was my first time coming to the store. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for any future Services I need.

I hope 5 was the best score, couldn't tell by survey. Absolutely cleanest Big O I've been too, been too many throughout US. Staff was great and welcoming & owner was there welcoming all guests. Was a bit over the top, but gotta love the enthusiasm for a place you own. Will be back and recommend to friends.

I’ve had many excellent visits at this Big O location and I knew they would, once again, provide me with excellent service. The customer service representative was able to pull my history up on the computer and let me know if I was due for any particular service. I appreciate that kind of care.

Went in for the discount oil change and tire rotation. $39.95. Well I ended up paying $125. But still satisfied! Not only rotated tires but balanced too. Also pulled engine air filter and cabin air filter, showed me their condition. Honda dealer never did that! 98000 mi so I agreed to replace them too. Work was thorough and worth it. Cutest young lady checked me out and all were great!

During this transitional period thought out the pandemic, it was great to experience top notch customer service. I have definitely become a repeat customer.

Customer service is second to none. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Waiting area is spacious and clean. The work preformed is first rate and competitively priced. They dont seem to play the 'upsell' game. I highly recommend for any car service.

This place recently opened and I have now been here twice. They know what they are doing and will spend the time to answer questions and explain things. The person who was actually working on my car called me so I didn't have to talk to him second hand.

This particular Big-O Tire location is the only place I go to now to get my car serviced. I went there today to get a flat repair. Keisha is always so extremely friendly and personable! The customer service is terrific here and the service is very thorough as well. Keep up the good work!

Friendly courteous staff

Clay is awesome and went out of his way to find a part for me and get it put on. In addition i kept adding to my list of to dos. A bunch of little things that I can easily do on my own but never have the time to. Will definetly be back to Big O for any work on my truck or my husbands that i dont have the time to do myself. Awesome place, great customer service, dealer like waiting area, and ABOVE ALL NOT PUSHY OR SALESY. They just want to get you car in, fixed and back in your hands. Super great shop!!!

The associate, Merle, that worked on my car was very friendly and professional. He explained to me all of the work that was done and gave me recommendations as to when I would need servicing again. I really appreciated that.

Greeted at car, explained the current (at the time) amazing deal for the synthetic oil change. Done quickly so I could do other things. Great service, friendly, I will be back with other car very soon.
