Big O Tires

It was my first time coming in and I just needed an inspection. The front desk woman was FANTASTIC, but most of all professional. Service was completed quickly and they made sure to keep me informed about any minor details.

I was able to make an appointment same day. The associate was helpful and answered all my questions. Service was fast.

Kye and Hank did an excellent job getting my vehicle back to riding like new. Their patience and honesty is rare and I very much appreciate their hard work on my vehicle! Thanks to you both and your team!

We ordered new rims, tires, and a lift kit for our truck. Hank and his team carried it out flawlessly and made the process very easy. This is why it’s nice to have a local guy who takes care of his customers.

Staff worked to find a tire within my limited budget. They even went to another warehouse to get the 4th tire as only 3 were at the location i visited

I decide to get a oil change to see what the new store was about . To my surprise there was one of the most honest service manger that I had ever known working there . He was my guy back in day at Merchant and Firestone . He honest and trustworthy , so I am now a customer of Big O tires.

Staples Mill Rd store Always takes care of me. Big O store 1/8 of a mile, where I first stopped, was closed due to Covid??? Pleeease.

I came back because earlier in the summer I had to get my AC fixed. I had a good experience and came back to do my oil change. My tire had low air pressure, and I thought it was just the sudden weather change that affected the pressure. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. At first I was told I needed a replacement tire, but I explained that I had an important drive up north the next day. They gave it a try and were able to patch it up! I didn't have to spend money on a new tire and time! Especially since I had an incredibly busy day.

I am happy Big-O is in Richmond. I grew up in Louisville where Big-O had stores in several locations. I wanted a store where knowledge about tires was key and where there were experienced individuals putting on my tires. With all the pressure gauges on cars these days, I wanted to make sure it was done right. They people who worked with me were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

This store and staff having been taking care of our vehicle for about the last 2-3 years. They have helped figure out the price value wise, always pleasant and very accommodating. Intend to continue using this store.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and the girl at the front desk was amazing. Super polite and super helpful. Although they didn't have my tire in stock they were able to repair it for a small price. Will come back for future tire purchases.
