Fantastic service, helpful and knowledgeable staff, overall great experience! I will make the long drive and go out of my way to buy tires at this location. Hank and his staff really helped us out of a bind and got our RV back on the road so the family could complete our holiday plan. Bravo!

Kesha is amazing and went above and beyond. Ben is also great and knowledgeable. I get all my services here tho this was the first major repair my vehicle needed (timing chain).

The shop Installed wheels on my civic , when other shops refused to install them because they wanted to sell me new tires along with the install. Came in on a Saturday and was done within 1hr, no appointment was necessary. Great customer service, will he coming back the next time I need service done on my car.

What I like about Big O tires a clean environment the workforce is professional I take my company truck there as well as my personal vehicle they do outstanding job I’m in and I’m out I dropped another company to stay with big old tire!

I have used them twice so far and they have been helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Both times drove me home after I dropped my car off. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

They are always friendly and helpful. My driver side mirror was cracked but just the glass was damaged so I asked if I could just replace the mirror ($20) instead of the whole kit ($300) and they told me I could probably find just the mirror online. Very helpful!

I came in for an oil change because of a very good deal with a coupon. The front desk attendant was very friendly and did not delay. During the oil change, damage to one of my tires was discovered and I was notified, and options were presented to me. As a result, I also got a new tire to avoid future problems. I was appreciative of this. Very good service, and friendly people. My experience was a good one.

Excellent customer service

Keisha was awesome and very knowledgeable about her job. I enjoyed my time there while I waited for my car to be serviced. Price was right and Big O was excellent. I am bringing my other car to have a tire replaced that other company could not find defect.

Timeliness, nice personality, clean casual waiting area, free wifi, free bathrooms, haha, a/c in waiting area. Tv to see.

Big O Tires may be new and understandably unknown on the east coast but they are well known and loved out west. I'm an active duty military member and I first discovered Big O during my tour in Cheyenne. I was drawn in by their amazing warranty only to find out their customer service was even more amazing! When I needed tires this past weekend and discovered a Big O had opened in Richmond VA I didn't hesitate to drive 5 hours round trip for a set of Big O tires.

I got a flat tire on my way from Staunton to Virginia Beach. They were able to change the tire quickly, without an appointment. I was allowed to bring my dog into the lobby, which was very appreciated, since it was in the mid-90s outside and it have been awful to have to sit outside with him in that heat.

We've been taking alignments to Big O Tires on Staples Mill Rd. since shortly after they opened. The quality of their work is impeccable, and Keisha, Janae, Ben, and all the staff we've dealt with are all very professional, and the work is done right the first time. We are very pleased with Big O Tires on Staples Mill Rd. and will continue to take alignments to them as well as refer other customers to them.

Very friendly, never feel like I’m getting upsold. Also it’s nice to get everything in one location. I considered Discount Tire but I would have had to make multiple appts at different repair shops. Got everything I need at Big O.
