Everyone at Big O Tires has been wonderful to deal with. Recently we took a car in for a second opinion; as a local competitor quoted us $400 for front breaks on our car. When we took it to Big O, they said we did not need front brakes at all. The technician made a minor adjustment to our car, which got rid of the noise and there was no charge at all for his time. We will definitely take the car back when it is time for new brakes. We will always trust Big O Tire.

Aside from the fact that it took 2 hours for my truck to get inspected, albeit. I was warned It would take 2 hours. Other than that, it's always a pleasure and the staff is very professional and courteous. I Won't take my vehicle anywhere else.
