I bought a set of tires from Mr. Klein several years ago when He first opened his shop. I've gone by several times for air and been treated kindly with quick service. I needed state inspection and thought I might need tires, but was told I was close but did not need new tires. When I need those tires, I will return to Big O for that purchase. They are a breath of fresh air in a consumer environment wither customer service is often provided with a frown and conversation seems like a chore. Mr. Klein runs a business where customers are valued, treated honestly and respected. They will get my return business.

Called for an appointment. Ben was friendly and professional. I was able to drop off and leave the car. Work was done on time. I had asked for a quote on a new set of tires. My goal is to have Big O put them on in July, This was my second trip. The work they did on the first car a took there was perfect. Big O is my “ go to” place.
