Big O Tires

Staff was okay, not the friendliest. The service was fast! I dropped my car off Wednesday night, they ordered the tires and had them installed by 2 the next day. Excellent!

Great service! The employees were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend using Big O!

I had made an online appointment for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Tire Pressure Check, Tire Mounting, Wheel Balancing. Only oil and oil filter change was done. No explanation was given for why the other items were not performed. I guess online appointment details are not automatically transferred to store appointment calendar and/or work order.

Do not have enough positive adjectives to describe the service. I was very very impressed and will use you in the future for all service needed.

The mailer offering discounts brought me in. I needed an alignment and an inspection. Happy that both discounts were applied. I'd never had an alignment so the best part of the visit was the opp to speak with the service tech who printed out a diagram and explained the process.

New tire store in town and I have been twice for repairs and sent my son there to, good service and fast too

Being there for the first time 1/2020 Got 4 new tires, so far so good and would recommend. One thing of note: Paid $89.00 for a partial alignment (they could do a full Alignment on a Mercedes), should have been half price. Other than that I am satisfied.
