When a few of the other guys in town gave me the run around the crew at Big O's got me in and out in 45 minutes with what I needed and nothing I didn't. My only issue was they broke the record player in my trunk putting a spare back. It wasn't a real beaut to begin with but it did work before...

I was greeted at the door and my needs were handled efficiently. It took a little longer than I expected for the shop to contact me that the work was done but overall my experience was good and I'll give them another shot the next time i need tires.

I had to call in to see if my vehicle was ready. They said it was. I left is overnight and I think it was ready earlier in the day but they had not called me yet.

Overall it was a good first impression. I was able to seen with an appointment and the technical was able to diagnose and solve the immediate problem. The technical also described to me what steps needed to taken in order to identify any areas where Freon may be leaking from the AC system.
