Big O Tires

I have been a customer since day when your doors open. Always great customer service. This is what happen Sat. morning. Me; Do you guys add brake fluid when you do oil change. NewGuy: No we only check window wiper fluid.Me; while I have a bottle in the front seat ask him to add b/c I am low. Truck ready went gas look under my hood my oil was on the low side of the dip stick my windshield fluid was not top off and my brake fluid bottle was still in my truck un touched. Exactly 4 minutes later ask the NewGuy to exam what I did, with a shock look on his face he took me truck back in the shop....Did I really get an oil Change? Sheron 804.878.7466

The customer service was great and the work done to my car was done quickly. My only complaint would be that I received an online quote for a certain tire and a certain price however when I arrived at the store the associate was not able to honor my online quote as that particulate location did not carry the brand of tire I have chosen online. I picked the tire based on price, so I was not completely happy to find my only option was a higher priced tire. In the end I spent more than $100.00 over my original online quote. With that said,e I did feel like I was treated well and the work done was fast and professional so I would definitely use the location again for my tire needs.

Just went in for a routine tire rotation. Pretty affordable at 19.99, had me done in probably 20 minutes or less. When I picked up the car they'd forgotten to reset the "Maintenance Required" light on the dash, but a tech came out and did that in less than a minute. (His hands were pretty dirty and he'd just finished a smoke, not a big deal but it'd have been better if that all happened BEFORE and I didn't SEE it, know what I mean?) That's the only reason I didn't give a 5-star review, but really, it was a great experience.

Went in for an alignment. Clay was honest and adv I shld wait and replace one of my tires first so I opted for an oil change instead. They gave me a ride to work and called me in about an hour. Upon a free alignment check they adv I need a control arm replaced as well. Cust serv was great. They arent pushy but I will say a little pricey on the service side. They wanted $280 for the part which i can get for $121 at advance. Labor an addtl $165 to b expected. Other wise great service. Great tire prices!

Big O is efficient with our time. Had our state inspection and oil change done in a timely manner

I initially came to Big O Tires a few years ago and was really impressed with their prices on tires and alignment. They started offering state inspections shortly after. I decided to take my vehicles to them since I had such a great experience when I bought the tires. Each time I have used them for inspection, all of my vehicles have failed for the most minute issues. Not a big deal, I know they have an ethical obligation to maintain their license I am sure. The cost for them to correct the issues are 1.5x more expensive than most places, and I have had the vehicles reinspected by other inspectors and they reported back they there was not issue.

While I had no specific issues with my visit, I would say that it was certainly a very basic level of customer service. At no point did I ever feel valued as a customer, or even appreciated for giving Big O Tires my business. Even basic customer courtesies such as a smile and a greeting upon walking in were absent. I also had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me standing there because the one person at the desk was busy with another customer. My impression was that the employees appeared bored and not interested in being there. Please understand that I'm not knocking the service. Just providing an explanation as to my interaction and observance of this business. While I would certainly use this business again, at least I can now better anticipate the level of customer service that I can expect, as well as the overall environment upon entering the business.

In and out in 50 minutes. Everyone was very nice, was even able to nurse my newborn without any issue.

After waiting 1 hr 30 minutes for an oil change and complimentary tire rotation, I was the second customer, I received a discount a little less than half the cost and my tires were never rotated. I was, however, informed that I would be in need of new tires soon. I understand things happen but when someone is counting on needed services you should follow through.

Needed a state inspection and they handled that and the bulbs I needed replaced quickly and for a fair price.
