I got my car back with no new oil change sticker, the left front tire was flat. I would think the store would have made sure the tpms system light was off before they returned the car since i took it in for a new tire. Poor service compared to other visits.

I love coming here! The service is excellent hyphen as well as customer service and knowledge. The shop is very clean and I love being able to get in and out expediently!

I gave a thre on customer service because the front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful. Respectful and polite. The manager Khyle on the other hand seem money hungry or has a motive to push certain customers away from your establishment. I was told it would be 79.99 for an alignment. Then later was called back and told it was 124.99 solely because my wheels were larger. I asked what the size of my wheels has to do with turning the same tie rod. Once i contested the "harder alignment " on a vehicle with factory suspension. They backed down to 80 dollars. Your manger has not only done this to me i have five other friends that has had the same negative/basis interactions with your manger. None of us are going to return or recommend your business. Not because of the work but soley your managers stand offish/basis demeanor. I really wish you address this problem because your front desk are great and the work is great! But manager is losing your company business

Excellent customer service. Had to do a tire replacement and fill a spare tire. I was greeted at my car and was helped walk in with both tires. In and out in 20 mins.

I was trying to pay for new tires using my snap finance account that was already approved. Instead of using the account as I requested, someone opened a snap loan account with higher interest rates than my already approved finance account, in my name without my knowledge or consent. They also signed my name on the agreement without my knowledge. The agreement was to give permission for payments to be withdrawn from my checking account automatically as well as agree to the high interest rate on the loan which I didn't know had been opened until almost 2 weeks later. I did not, and would have never agreed to open a new loan especially with such high interest. Nobody ever discussed this arrangment with me before, during or after my vehicle was serviced. I was under the impression that my snap finance account was being used to pay for services, not aware that a snap loan account had been opened and my signature forged on the account agreement. Now I'm stuck with a loan that I didn't open, didn't agree to and do not want.

I chose a tire that I wanted online when I set my appointment but when I got there they did not have the tire so I had to get a different one. What's the point of giving someone the option of a tire when you don't have it? I was charged for for a tire pressure kit when I did not need one. My vehicle is a recent Brand New purchase, haven't had it for 6 months yet so I don't see how or why I would need a new tire pressure kit. They did not put a cap back onto my tire with you would put the air through.

I took my truck to be check out noise in my motor It took less then 15mins To let me know that they can not do anything charge me $57.11 for just looking at the motor did not put on diagnose ether

I had an oil change and tire rotation one. The customer service rep recommended I get new tires soon because of the technicians assessment that my tires were dry rotting. I had a state inspection and a 22 point inspection by Mazda the day before. Mazda never said my tires had a problem (They said it has plenty of life left). After driving a few miles away from the Big O Tires shop my car alerted me that my tire pressure was low. After putting air in the tires it went away. It's disappointing that I didn't have adequate air in my tires at a place that specializes in tires. I am also disappointed with how I may have been given false information about my car so they can sell me tires I didn't need. The price for oil change and tire rotation was great but I don't have the confidence to go back to this place for honest work on my car.

Had to come in 4 different times to get what was needed. No one could make a decision without someone else there. Was told I would get a call when warrantied tires came in, never did. Was charged for warranties and other service/items that were not discussed. Very, very inconvenient for me, the customer, and extreme lack of communication. But, heard you were playing in a golf tournament, hope that went better than my experience at your store.

At first they told me my vehicle needs alignment but when they realized that I had done alignment before in BigO tires and if they do alignment they should not charge me (because last time it had some problems and I told them that the alignment has problem they said it is fine) ,so, they said let us check again if it really needs alignment and after a while they came and said there is no need for alignment just rotation of the tires are required and they did so, one day later I got the tire sensor light on in my dashboard.

Front desk lady was awesome. Technician failed my car for state inspection for "tire wear". Went directly to another shop who measured it for me in front of me, showed me the 5/32-6/32 on the particular tire and passed it no issue. Sad to use a state inspection to try and sell people tires when the existing tires have atleast 15k miles left on them.
