My latest visit was horrible, I had a piece of metal that was stuck in my tire and deemed unfixable, the attendant at the desk was great, she worked with me to get a tire through my road hazard warranty, but the tire would not be in for two days. I asked to get my spare put on, the technician (may be a stretch calling him that) told her that the spare was not the same size and he could not put it on! I had to purchase a tire drive the truck from the shop! I contacted the Dodge dealer to find out the tire difference and they said that that is the spare that is for my truck, and that the technician was totally wrong. Now I was sold a tire that, I didn't need and do not want.

From the time I walked in the experience was great. I wasn't happy about having to get four tires but I agreed with the technicians recommendation and got them anyway. I'm pleased with my overall purchase and happy that I decided to get four new tires. My only problem is that the next day when I got brakes put in my car, my lugs nuts were loose on all of my tires which could've potentially caused a major accident for me and anyone around me. For this I can't recommend anyone going here.

I recently sent my son to get his tire replaced to your shop when a bubble on the sidewall appeared. That same tire was installed just over 60 days (11/4) so I thought that he could simply get a replacement of a defective tire. The tech on site claimed it was an 'impact bubble' and since we did not elect for the protection package, he was charged the full replacement charge of the tire. The tire showed no sign of irregular wear or scuff on the outside of the tire wall so the tech's claim of 'impact bubble' was completely baseless and unforgivably unscrupulous. My wife's business has a fleet of vehicles that we had agreed to be serviced exclusively by your business based on a positive experience we once had. Your manager on site showing his true colors to somebody who didn't know any better displays the worst qualities of customer service and a complete want of professional integrity and as a consequence, we will NEVER patronize your business again or refer you to anyone we may encounter in need of service.

FYI.. I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years. I have used DT all over the US. However this was a truly under par store. I went in because 4 out of the 5 TPMS were faulty and needed to be replaced. Also I needed a tire rotation. So the sale rep (Kevin) replaced 1 TPMS, and ignored the rest. The replaced module turned out to be the wrong sensor. It needed to be replaced again. Secondly, and this is the biggest problem, they did not tighten my lug nuts. One flew off in traffic on the highway at 65 MPH within 30 miles of having my tires rotated. I am glad it did not break anything or dammage someone elses vehicle. I called Kevin the SR, and his response was; just get it fixed at another store. I did in Farragut TN. So not only was it dangerous; it was a complete waste of my time. The store didn't care that this happened. So I will not be going back, I have posted a reviewed on Google already and I will be sure to let others' know as well

I had my car inspected and an oil change there last week. I asked the clerk to make sure that all of the fluids were checked. This week my car started whining and then the steering assist failed and a indicator light came on that I needed a power steering service. I drove back to Big O. They stated that it was $110 to just check out the car. I stated that I suppose there is nothing I could do about it so fine. Then I was called and told that the pump was bad and it would be another $726 to replace it. I went to the desk and paid the $110 and received a piece of paper with no explanation of what the service entailed..it just said engine diagnostics..I asked for the paperwork that was on the computer and had to wait a long time to get it. That stated Power steering pump, filter (it has no filter) fluid exchange , labor, and a power steering kit...2 mechanics didin't know what this was.. I had the car towed to a local mechanic who flushed out the old cruddy fluid (obviously not checked last week) He stated that the pump was not leaking but the fluid was bad. He also mentioned that the light is located on the racket pinion system and that could be going bad. But there is no way to know unless the car is broken down. He also stated that the machine could not have detected a bad power steering pump. After flushing the old fluid $92..the light is out and the car is running fine! I told the service rep that my entre staff was looking for a new place because our other mechanic had moved. After this experience, a staff member cancelled her appointment and the other person is now going to use another shop..

Everything was great definitely more than just a tire shop even though i only needed tires they recommend other services but didn't try to twist my arm to get other things done. I will definitely do business with Big O in the future
