As soon as I walked in the door, they greeted me and asked how they could help me. I explained what I needed and they immediately took care of my car. They checked to see if I needed a wheel alignment, but said my car was OK and didn't need it. I felt they were very thorough and my car was finished quickly and I was on my way. I appreciate their hard work and keeping my car in great shape.

I purchased tires from Big O at 55,000 miles and have had no problems whatsoever. I have been happy with them and fully intend to come back to Big O Tires to purchase tires for my Camaro. I believe your records are way ahead of my actual mileage usage. I just got my 60,000 tire rotation and I needed an oil change. Then the same day I received a "It's time for your $66,000 mile service check."�

I was able to get my state inspection done during the weekend when I am off from work.

I did not have an appointment but was greeted by a knowledgable young lady. She took all my information and asked about my concerns. I needed 2 new tires on the rear of my BMW. She gave a quote and then a technician began the work. I asked Mr. Klein about a military discount, he smiled and gave me $15.00 off my invoice. This was my first visit to your shop. I was pleased. Keep up the GOOD WORK.
