I was not aware of Big O Tires.. glad I was recommended to go there!

First off, I called around to auto part stores about batteries and was dissatisfied with the responses to my questions…basic questions. I then called Big O and they responded quickly and accurately to my questions. I’m not sure why I didn’t call them first. They knew exactly what I needed and told me so without hesitation. It was like the comfort of an old friend.

The folks who work there always do great.

Service took very short amount of time. Vehicle inspection is reassuring because it’s my son’s car.
