Big O Tires

I HAVE ORDERED 3 SETS OF TIRES FOR 3 DIFFRENT VEHICLES AND KEISHA HAS BEEN SUCH A DELIGHT TO DEAL WITH. SHE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND ANSWERED MY E-MAILS AND QUESTIONS PROMPLY. SHE WENT WAY ABOVE HER JOB TO MAKE SURE THAT IM HAPPY. I HAVE ENJOYED DOING BUSINESS WITH HER. I WILL BUY MORE TIRES IN THE FUTURE IF I NEED THEM.

They ordered the tires I wanted that no body else in Richmond could get. Had them in the shop and on my truck in less than a week. Easy to work with and happy to recommend them to anyone.

I was meeting a friend while he was getting his tires. I needed a State Inspection and noticed when I pulled up they were an inspection location. They were able to get my car inspected while my friend got his tires. I was extremely pleased!!!!! Plus will be buying my tires there soon

Lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very sweet, good at handling people and the process, and the gentleman that worked on my vehicle for the alignment absolutely killed it with speed.

Easy to schedule an appointment, quick and easy check-in, and my oil change was fast! The associate was very kind and helpful. As a woman I’m hesitant taking my car in but the transparency of price was awesome. The associate showed me my filters and recommended that I get them replaced during my next oil change. I really appreciated that!
