My appointment was scheduled at the Staples Mill Rd. location for 8:00 am on Jan. 6 for a state inspection. When I arrived, I was told they didn't do inspections at that location on Saturdays, despite the manager having made my appointment on Friday and assuring me that did inspections on Saturday. I was then sent to the West Broad Street location where an inspector was working, but by that time my appointment was over and I had to wait for others in front of me. I AM happy that they tried to rectify the situation and ultimately I got the inspection done. Just a minor annoyance, that's all.

I am a person that believes in customer service. You should go well above & greatly exceed customer service. Not just "Hello ok here you go", customer service. There should be a WOW factor with customer service show customers you care & appreciate they chose your company.

Had to make a deposit of 200.00 to get service. The the deposit was not deducted from balance I was overcharged please research and send me my 200.00 back.

Generally highly satisfied. Got a state inspection and there was a fairly long wait, despite arriving early. Office manager at this location always very friendly and helpful

I should have asked more questions, but didn't (I was quite surprised). Knowing it would be a surprise, the Service Manager could have offered to show me why I needed a $1,000 strut replacement on a 2014 Honda CRV with only 34k miles. I asked and he sayit was because the auto is 10 years old. I took his work on it. However, on reflection I can say over 10 years it has been driven quite easily, only 3300 miles per year, never carried anything heavy, only driven on main roads, and garaged the entire 10 years. I did not experience any driving difficulties prior to the new struts and I notice no change in the driving since the new struts have been installed (although I was told I would). It is possible they needed changing, but I would have been more comfortable that I had paid for a reasonable and necessary service had I been shown what they saw from which they concluded I needed the struts replaced. There must have been something visibly they spotted. I was just in for an inspection. They did not drive the auto and notice any symptoms. Anyway, it leaves an bad taste because I would have never expected it.

took much longer to have the oil change done than expected. I went across the street to get something to eat and after a long time went by and didn't hear back from the store, I called and they told me they were just getting the vehicle in right then for the oil change. I could be wrong, but wonder if because they knew I was getting something to eat that my vehicle was then put behind others in the work order....even thought I had an appointment and was on time for it.
