I like the customer service and the pricing. The associate, Janea, at the West Broad Street store in Richmond, VA is very knowlegable and made some dood recommendations. I also like the dood pricing on the tire products ans service.

Prompt friendly efficient

I walked in with brake issues at 3pm and by 4:45 I had new rear rotors and brake pads as well as tire rotation and oil change. I was definitely expecting to have to bring my vehicle back the next day. I've used this location before and had great and fair service!

I went in for an alignment. The technician took the time to come back to tell me I had a bad tie rod. He said he would align it but recommend I get the tie rod fixed first. I was appreciative and requested they do both services.
