Dan (Service Manager @ Quakertown, PA) is very technically knowledgeable and thorough with initial inspections and addressing specific maintenance repair issues. Kathie makes check in easy and scheduling to meet requests. Overall experience are jobs well done.

I was a little upset for them to charge me $77.00 to place a part I provided which literally took less than 5 mins. I gave them the part which was upper right motor mount. I watch through the window.. I Like midas but this was ridiculous because it was the only thing from keeping me from getting my expection sticker.

I called because I was leaving for vacation and my brake pad light came on. There were no open appointments but I was told to drive down and they took me in right away. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. While checking my brake pads Dan noticed that my sensors had been broken, my pads were fine. So I will be going back after vacation for him to replace the sensors. I would highly recommend this Midas store to anyone. The mechanic was so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. The receptionist was wonderful and made sure that my needs were met as soon as I arrived. It is rare to find this kind of dedication, kindness, and expertise these days. I am thankful I found them!!
