Got inspection done and was told to drive my car illegally for fifty miles until they could put on my inspection sticker. I am not sure if I will continue going to this service station again.

I was told I needed a new alternator and battery. The manger said it would cost me 700 dollars. Pepboys said my alternator was fine and that I just needed a new battery. Midas charged me 34 dollars and would not refund me for the fraudulent diagnostic fee.

Second time taking a car to Midas Quakertown west location and received great service. They inspected my brakes and rotors and we discussed what would be the best repair. ……nice staff ….thank you

Tires balanced and they were all out of balance. Two front tires out 2.5 each. Thought my new tires were bad. Went back because I was told life time on balance just to find out the wanted to scam me and check front end. Not stupid Went to Walmart they

"i told the girl at the desk, if it needs anything i will repair it. and any one who works on car or trucks, knows you dont have to pull the calipers to see the brake pads. yes it needed brake pads. i was there the whole time. they never came out to tell me"

I have been taking my vehicles to Midas for years and have always been very satisfied with the work done on the vehicles. Kathy is great!! She always explains in depth everything to me about the vehicle being serviced. I had an issue with one vehicle last year and Dan was very helpful. I will continue to go to Midas for any work needed!

i told the girl at the desk if it needs anything i will do the repairs. anyone who works on cars and trucks knows you dont have to pull the calipers off to see you need brake pads. or tell if the calipers are shot. but they made sure they pulled the calipe
