I did a last minute scheduled appointment for my vehicles exhaust and was promptly confirmed and attended too, service was fast and efficient, a little costly, could've gone to Lou's custom exhaust where I know would've been least expensive, but your Midas team reached out and confirmed. For me service mostly takes the honor of my money being spent vs. no communication with your customers, even though it will cost me more $$$

Jim was the service person we dealt with. He was professional and informative. He made us feel at ease and took us in for the repair when it was a busy time but he knew we had a doctors visit to go to and took the time. We were very impressed with this Midas location and the service we received.

The #1 reason is that I trust the customer-facing employees at the Raynham Midas. Carlton and Jim have always been completely forthcoming about service needs, costs and the implications of postponing any recommended services.
