The staff is so helpful and trustworthy. They never overcharge or try to sell me things I dont need. I actually enjoy getting my car serviced/repaired. The concord location is the best!

I would have liked that when getting an inspection and a tire rotation that the tires were filled to the proper air pressure levels.

I want to thank Stephen for all his help and to the crew for repairing my car while I taught my class they provided a ride for me and all my equipment to NHTI and my car was ready when I was. I am so thankful!!!! Great service!!!
