Price quoted vs price charged was not the same.

Came here for a simple inspection. Steve was rude sexist and plain rotten towards women. Never again will I go there.

The staff is so helpful and trustworthy. They never overcharge or try to sell me things I dont need. I actually enjoy getting my car serviced/repaired. The concord location is the best!

Have been to this location3 times to try to get an oil change & service unavailable & not even asked if I would like an appt. RUDE & UNINTERESTED! Definitely would not recommend this location.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for 12 Noon. I didn't leave the shop until 1:45pm -- almost 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is absolutely obnoxious. The gentleman working the counter was very nice and friend
