Big O Tires

I am a first time customer and I felt welcomed the very first time I walked into their facility. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and seemed very knowledgable. They quoted me 1-1/2 hours to complete the service and they were right on! I will definitely return for future service work on my vehicle.

Used to take my car toFirestone in issaquah and Tukwila They had good service but its been hit and miss on fixes and they tend to be booked up. I gave big o a shot when I needed tires quickly. I won't be back to Firestone. Great service and quick. Thanks!

Called early saturday morning and was able to be fit in.

We were quoted a very large sum from a Dealer to repair and replace front end suspension on our Chevy Trail Blazer. Big O Tires did the repair for a fraction of the initial quote. The work was done quickly and properly. In addition, Big O Tires helped us replace specialty tires on our trailer for a reasonable price. The service is great and the people are friendly. We have used them for many years

To Whom It May Concern,I'm writing this review to tell you how totally impressed I was with they way your staff handled an unfortunate situation that fell upon my wife on June 27th 2016.We live in Puyallup, WA. My wife works in Redmond, WA. On her way from work she was alerted by the cars info system that she had a tire going down.Initially she stopped at your competitors store for help.Much to our surprise she was told "we don't have time to help you until possibly 7:00-7:30 P.M." That was completely unacceptable.Your staff specificly, Steve and Clifton, Quickly determined that her tire could not be repaired.They suggested that since this was a "run-flat" tire that it would get her home.Well when she didn't feel comfortable doing that,Steve and Clifton put a gently used tire on free of charge.Now that's what I call" World Class Customer Service" I give you my heartfelt thanks!!! Furthermore I will be returning your tire,and thanking these two outstanding individuals personally.They are true assets to your company. Thankyou again,Sincerely,Jeffrey Goetz

I'm a traveling practitioner and I rely heavily on my Jeep. I took my Jeep to a competitor for routine maintenance. As in previous expierences, I was told the shocks and alignment were in excellent working condition. Once I reached highway speeds, I noticed a shaking in the front end. I took it back to the competitor and was assured everything was in optimal condition. I decided to get a second opinion at Big O Tire in Issaquah. I was greeted by Richard who suggested that it could be a tire problem due to obvious cupping of the tires. After getting a service history, I agreed to purchase new tires from him. During the courtesy alignment check with my new purchase, a worn Adjusting Sleeve was discovered. Richard"�maintaining a professional demeanor, took me to the service bay and explained that the Jeep wasn't aligned, furthermore that an alignment couldn't be performed due to the worn equipment. Even to the untrained eye, it was obvious to me that an alignment was never performed with the worn sleeve in place. After a thorough explaination of this and other problems that needed to be repaired, the staff began repairs. My next assignment will take me to the sub-zero weather conditions of North Dakota. Climate conditions that require my Jeep to be in the best performing condition possible. The negligence of the competitor could have resulted in a catastrophic motor vehicle crash. Trust is an integral part of any relationship and I feel that Richard's professionalism and ethical commitment to the customer probably saved my life. I'm grateful to Richard and his team for their dedication and excellent work. Richard at Big O Tire in Issaquah has earned not only my future business, but that of my family's as well. Many thanks.

Big O Tires saved the day. We were on our way to Cle Elum with 3 kids in tow when we discovered a nail in our tire. Pulled into Big O Tires in Issaquah and they repaired it quickly so we could hit the road! Thank you!! Highly recommend.

Rich Gibbs and team are awesome - caught a screw in my car tire and stopped in at 430pm on a Friday - team had me fixed and on my way within an hour! Great teamwork.

I called about 30 minutes prior to arriving and spoke with Richard. He asked questions concerning my needs, was extremely knowledgeable and had worked up 3 different tire possibilities by the time I arrived. It was great to have options available from which to choose. Despite being extremely busy, Richard and his staff were pleasant, conversant, and very professional in the manner they treated me and in the way they interacted with other customers. I highly recommend Big O Tires in Issaquah!
