it was good. I got served in a timely manner.

Got my new tires done in and hour and replaced the spare with a better tread tire.

I loved these place

On my birthday in March I discovered 1) a passenger side rear flat, and 2) the need to replace all 4 tires (I drive an AWD, so all 4 had to be replaced, of course). I didn't have the time, patience or desire to shop around so drove to Big O with the donut tire on. I (reluctantly) purchased 4 new tires - not the kind of birthday present I was thinking of - and they've worked fine since then. My only gripe: I don't like getting promo emails from Big O with "free tire if you buy 3" offers since these are supposed to last 60K miles or more, other than that everything's fine.

The guys were very helpful! I would've like a broader selection of snow tires.

They were able to assist me right away and were very helpful. I would definitely go there again.

These guys did a great job working with my insurance and Abra Auto. My only complaint was that the suspension was loose on my car upon pickup so I had to return my car again for a few things to get back into place and re-aligned.

Great service. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Service very good and efficient. Rotation completed in a half hour. (No tire repair.) Encouraged to purchase 3 yr. contract for rotations and tire repairs for $75 which I did buy. Single rotation $25.

It was a slow process and seemed like I was getting gouged a little bit.
