Turned away for a flat repair. It was already off of the vehicle. Tried to get quick help to get my truck off the side of the freeway. What is the point of the warranty if you can't use it. Schwab's did it in 10 minutes and didn't charge me.

I waited an hour for an oil change, which I had an appointment for. The guy at the desk was nice enough to discount the cost of the oil change because of the long wait. When I got home, I realized from the sticker placed on my windshield that conventional oil was used instead of synthetic oil. So now I have to get my oil changed again.

DISGUSTING, UNETHICAL OWNER, MANAGER AND CREW CONDUCT... I bought new Nitto tires for my '08 Hummer H2 and had them installed by Big O the Issaquah hacks. They damaged (stripped) many of the lug nuts by using the wrong tool! The front end vibrates due to not properly balanced tires. I took my immaculate Hummer H2 back to the Issaquah Big O so they could FIX their poor installation. They refused to fix their shoddy work because they could not remove the wheels due to them having stripped the lug nuts when they reinstalled the wheels after mounting the new ($1,600) tires. The owner called me and started yelling at me that they would NOT fix their damage unless I agreed to purchase replacement lug nuts. The asshole went so far in his lies to accuse my wife of causing the damage to the lug nuts. They knew that if we ever had a problem on the highway or out in the woods, that we would have no way of removing any of the wheels to put the spare on. They sent the truck home with my wife a week earlier without divulging the damage they caused. Deliberately deceitful conduct by the mechanic and absolutely disgraceful, unethical & unprofessional conduct by the stores' manager and owner. Over $40 (his cost) for replacement lug nuts his so called mechanic damaged and then concealed. Don Lehman Issaquah, WA
