I had to reschedule twice which they helped with. The final cost was lower than the estimate. The manager kept me I formed of the progess and costs throughout. And, they completed it all in one day after estimating they might need a second day. Although I thought I needed a whole new rear window wiper assembly, I only needed a new wiper arm and the manager let me know once it was discovered. My car was clean and drove home like a dream.
