It was great ,they take time and do it right.A bit off waiting but they got the work done. I would tell people about Midas.

Jose counter person was very customer service oriented. I had a nail and a large chunk/gash in one tire He gave me the price for the one but I know you should get two tires, Anthony the manager explained they have a new financing program Surepay, no money down three months to pay off with no interest. I said sign me up. i got me two tires and I applied for the alignment service. I was out in about two hours, and I was a walk in no appointment. I was extremely pleased with service at Midas Ogontz Ave.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly in a professional they explained the additional problems to the oil change in ways that I could understand.

The service was great. Due to the pandemic, I was very skeptical about servicing my vehicle. I dropped it off went for a run and it was ready in no time. The social distancing was being followed at the location and they even sanitized and wiped the inside down when they were done.

I was able to schedule an appointment and was in & out within the time frame given. And I paid less than I was expecting.

I walked in without an appointment and was able to get any oil change in 90 minutes (waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Went in for a simple oil change. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful. Explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. The facility was very clean. In and out very quickly. No complaints here

Inspection was quicker than I expected as it was finished within an hour compared to 2 hours last year. There was small issue with the card reader, but overall it was good.

I thought by having car sheild my car or any bill Will be paid as advertised & fully paid monthly by me only to get screwed with 0$$$ midas help me get another plan to get it fixed

As a woman I am always nervous about mechanics and car services because woman are taking advantage of - but the staff was kind and didn’t charge me for any services that wasn’t needed
