Sean at Midas in Phila, PA provided terrific service in regards to tires that needed to be patched/replaced and the service of my vehicle's EVAP system. Repairs were performed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Even though they could not service my car (due to issues not caused by them) they were still respectful, helpful and informative throughout the process. I can’t remember the persons name that I spoke w/ at 8am the morning of a snow shower but when I arrived hours later at this location, he remembered me. I don’t remember mentioning my name, but once he heard me speaking w/ another associate he stopped in his tracks. Introduced himself (letting me know he was the gentleman I spoke with). Promised to be with me shortly. Even while assisting other people he still managed to get my car on the lift within 5-10 mins. I’m unsure about anyone else but I am big on customer service. This interaction alone sold me as a customer. Keep up the good work with this crew. Because I can tell you first hand, not all Midas facilities are as welcoming as you all were. It was again a service call with with all professional service brought to bear. Save the money for your pocket. Sleep good knowing they have extended the life of your vehicle and protected your family.

I had an unbelievably wonderful experience at this Midas. I was seen upon arrival and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Iver never received such priority service at any car service center. I am beyond satisfied with the exemplary service rendered.

Everyone at the shop is very nice and friendly and professional Sean and his team got the work done on my car that was needed in a timely and successful manner. My car is running much better now .

I'm long standing customer, the team is familiar with my vehicle. Secondly the courteousness and explanation of why the repairs are necessary.

I this location is a lot better then the chelten ave location. A oil change at only takes about 1.5 hrs. I have waited 4* hrs at the chelten ave location only to have them tell me I need $300* of other work done. Everyone at he ogontz location is friendly

The overall experience. Communication was consistent from start to finish. And he also gave me quotes on potential tire option LS since he noticed my tread was low and I was going to need tires soon.

This location I find to be straight shooters. They evaluated something the dealership told me was just because my brakes were thin but passable. They found the issues quickly, then took care of them. I always find the staff exceptionally friendly and honest.
